The American repository Docker Hub has blocked access to its service to users in Russia. When you try to log in to the repository website, a notification appears that all IP addresses located in Russia are blocked.

Docker Hub explained its decision by the need to comply with US export control regulations. According to them, IP addresses from Russia, Iran, North Korea and Cuba are blocked.

Docker Hub is used as a service to store code, configurations, and other data to run applications. Data placed in the container is deployed to other devices when the application starts.
