Online payment service CloudPayments has replaced its CEO. The position was held by Elena Kurlaeva. RB.RU sent a request to the company, but it was not possible to obtain an immediate comment.

Since March 2022, Pavel Vlasov is the general director of the project. The entry about the change of CEO of CloudPayments (CloudPayments LLC) appeared on May 24, 2024 in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The CloudPayments payment service was launched in 2014 by Dmitry Spiridonov and Konstantin Yan. Three years later, Tinkoff decided to acquire control of the company. The group subsequently increased its participation in the project to 100%.
In 2022, CloudPayments decided to unite all business lines under a common Cloud brand. Then this step was explained by the desire to increase recognition of other services. As Spiridonov noted, the company is mainly engaged in Internet procurement.
According to the Kontur.Focus system, in 2023 CloudPayments’ revenue amounted to 2.2 billion rubles, and net profit – 36.9 million rubles.
