Fabula AI, an image generator using a neural network, founded in 2023 by Rodion Kadyrov and Ali Ozdiev, raised $1.5 million from anonymous investors in a seed round at a valuation of $25 million. The funds will be used for research and new developments.

The company informed Forbes about its plans to increase its b2c and b2b customer base to increase sales. According to the startup, the service now has more than 2 million users on Telegram, VK, App Store and Google Play.

News of the new investment follows news that startup Fabula AI has developed a deepfake detector that is in the final stages of testing. It is assumed that the integrated tool will be able to filter content and inform the user about false content.

The main functionality of the Fabula platform is to increase the resolution of photographs without losing quality, eliminate the background and unnecessary objects, generate images based on artificial intelligence based on AI, etc.

Previously, the famous comedian Evgeny Chebatkov invested in the startup. He invested 5 million rubles in Fabula AI.
