Tochka Bank shared this data with Izvestia. Analysts also noted the most highly paid positions: product owner (about 305 thousand rubles), mobile developer (similar remuneration) and frontend developer (239 thousand rubles per month).
According to hh.ru, since the beginning of 2024 the number of IT vacancies has increased by an average of 20%. The salaries of the most sought-after analysts, as Tochka assures, increase every five months.
At the same time, there is a shortage of highly qualified personnel in the market. Although there is no shortage (1.2 resumes per Senior vacancy, according to hh.ru, and 6 and 16 for Middle and Junior, respectively), most companies have to invest in additional training. Salary in this situation is a way to attract and retain the best.
In total, during the period January-May 2024, about 1.3 million resumes of IT specialists were published in the job search service, of which 20.7% have been working for more than 15 years, the 19% – 3-6 years old, 11% – 9-12 years old and 10% are new to this field.
