The social network X (formerly Twitter) begins to automatically hide users’ likes. Only the account owner will see the Like tab. Previously, only paid subscribers had the opportunity to hide it.

The developers warned: the author of the post will see those who “liked” his content. The indicator with the total number of likes of the publications will also be maintained.

The innovation was confirmed by X owner Elon Musk, saying that it is important to allow people to like posts without being attacked for it.
