About half of Russian business representatives will not pay their employees more for their ability to work with artificial intelligence tools. This was admitted by 47.7% of the respondents who participated in the Bitrix24 study.
Respondents based their answer on the fact that modern personnel should already master these types of tools, and when choosing an employee, preference will be given to candidates who know how to work with AI assistants.
47.5% of survey participants are willing to pay more if ownership of AI tools increases productivity, reduces routine work, or improves overall work outcomes.
About 5% of respondents are willing to cut salaries for employees with experience working with artificial intelligence tools. They justified their response by saying that artificial intelligence will create even lazier employees.
