Raiffeisenbank, at the request of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, published an advertisement refuting the “Cashback in everything” campaign previously announced by the bank. This was reported by the press service of the FAS.

In an 11-second advertisement, Raiffeisenbank, in addition to announcing its “Cashback” promotion, issues a legal notice saying that the FAS has recognized that advertising is unreliable and that cashback is granted “not for everything.”

The video was broadcast on the federal television channel for seven days once a day in prime time.

The court ordered Raiffeisenbank to place advertising contrary to the Cashback on Everything campaign in October 2023. According to the FAS, the bank’s advertising video claimed to offer cashback “for everything”, but the disclaimer about the terms of the offer was presented in fine print and was displayed for a short period of time.
