“We encourage our customers to download Smart Online as soon as possible while the app is available in the App Store. In addition, the bank will systematically disable older versions of SberBank Online applications for iOS and before the end of the year will stop supporting versions 12.14.1, 12.15, 13.0.2, 14.3 and 14.11,” the bank said in a statement. .
Sber also asked customers (iPhone users) to check which version of the app they had installed. This can be seen on the password entry screen or in the profile settings.
