Russian retailer OK’s global depositary receipts have ceased trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The cancellation of receipt pricing came into effect on June 18, 2024, the company’s press service reported.

The board of directors of O’Key’s parent company, O`Key Group SA, decided to delist from the LSE on May 15, 2024.

O`Key Group SA receipts have been traded on the London Stock Exchange since 2010. As of March 4, 2022, trading in securities was suspended.

At the end of 2023, OK achieved retail revenue in Russia of 205.8 billion rubles.
