Businesses and consumers can benefit from the combination of Wildberries and Russ. The head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Maxim Shaskolsky, evaluated the possible agreement, Interfax reports.

The FAS highlighted that companies are successful and develop in different segments. The agency expressed its willingness to study the details of their merger, but the FAS did not receive any request for approval of the transaction.

On June 18, it emerged that Wildberries Marketplace and outdoor advertising operator Russ would be teaming up to create “the newest digital commerce platform.” It will include a digital media platform, a network of advertising structures, logistics centers, warehouses and logo centers.
