Based on physical, mechanical and chemical research, these materials are designed to increase the strength and durability of marine power units. New alloys enable the blades to operate at high temperatures of up to 1000 degrees Celsius and in aggressive marine environments.

According to UEC Deputy General Manager for Sales and Service Alexey Nesterenko, the development of these materials opens prospects for creating a new generation of advanced gas turbine units, increasing their efficiency and reliability. Technological processes for the production of components from new alloys have already been developed, regulatory and technical documentation has been developed.

At the international maritime exhibition Fleet 2024, UEC exhibited examples of modern gas turbine engines.
