In parallel, grassroots innovators, often referred to as “kulibins,” are identified and supported through a disciplined process. The Popular Front is coordinating this initiative and ensuring that promising unmanned technologies move quickly from development to mass production without bureaucratic obstacles.

Answering a question about the adequacy of current drone production, Dyumin confirmed that work in this direction is ongoing.
