The developer of an open source platform for creating analytics applications, Cube Dev, participated in the round, raising $25 million. Bain Capital Ventures, Eniac Ventures and 645 Ventures. This was announced by co-founder and CEO Artem Keidunov on the company blog.

The company will use the money to strengthen its marketing efforts and expand the capabilities of Cube Cloud, a managed hosting solution for the universal semantic layer.
Cube Dev was founded in 2016 by Russian developers Artem Keidunov (RUDN University graduate) and Pavel Tiunov (MSTU graduate), its headquarters are located in San Francisco.
In 2019, the team released an open source version of Cube.js on Github, and in 2021, a commercial version of Cube Cloud. According to its own data, today Cube Cloud demonstrates annually tripling both the number of customers and the number of orders.
