The technology makes it possible to obtain high-quality vegetable oil five times faster than traditional hydraulic pressing. The new technique, which uses environmentally friendly alcoholic extraction of oils from seeds and waste, ensures the preservation of product quality and the reduction of energy consumption and production costs.
Traditional methods such as cold pressing require high-quality seeds and leave up to 70% of the oil as production waste, the press service noted. Unlike chemical extraction, the use of alcohol technology is not only economically effective, but also completely safe for the environment and consumer health.
