WhatsApp will use AI to create personalized versions of your profile photo

WhatsApp is preparing a tool that creates personalized profile images using artificial intelligence (AI). The new feature, available in a Beta version published by the website WABetaInfo this Tuesday (2), uses original photos Create customized versions using meta templates.

Once launched, the tool will serve as another customization option on the messenger, where users will be able to change their profile photos using the capabilities of the generative models.

Worth mentioning This is all happening privately: Meta AI chatbot cannot read private messages in conversations where it is mentioned. Request processing occurs separately, taking into account only requests that mention the robot.

In preparation for implementation

The AI ​​image generator was found under development in WhatsApp Beta in version 2.24.14.13 of the app. For now, There is no estimate regarding the exact launch of the vehicleor when it will reach test users.
