Samsung will export equipment manufactured in Russia to other countries in order to return it to the Russian market through import imports, Kommersant reports.
In early June, after the suspension, the Samsung plant in the Kaluga region started working, which produced almost all TVs and household appliances of well-known brands in Russia. The factory has assembled TVs that Samsung does not plan to sell in Russia.
Finished products will be exported to the EAEU countries (in addition to Russia, it includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan). Then the technology is returned to Russia through analogue imports.
A source close to the government said the scheme eliminated “at least part of the risk of secondary poisoning.” Other manufacturers of equipment can act in the same way. [Коммерсантъ]
