The United States has made changes to its list of sanctions against companies and individuals, according to the OFAC website.

The new rules provide for the introduction of secondary sanctions for transactions with sanctioned persons and companies from Russia. This can be done by the US Secretary of the Treasury after consultation with the US Secretary of State.

In June, the United States again extended sanctions against Russia. The restrictions included the Moscow Stock Exchange, the National Settlement Depository and several companies.
