In Russia, it has been proposed to limit the evacuation of vehicles to 20% of the subsistence level. The chairman of the Labour Committee, Yaroslav Nilov, intends to submit the corresponding bill to the State Duma on July 4.

The document also proposes excluding payment for the movement and storage of vehicles of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of the National Guard and military rescue units of the federal executive body authorized to solve problems in the field of civil defense.
At the moment, for violating the rules of stopping or parking vehicles, a fine of 500 to 3 thousand rubles is provided. The costs of transporting and storing the vehicle are reimbursed by the offender, and thus he pays a fine that is several times higher than the penalty provided for by the Code of Administrative Offences, the MP believes.
Since May 20, the tariffs for forced evacuation in Moscow have been increased. The cost of storing them in the confiscated lot has also changed. The adjustment averaged 5.5%.
