VK has launched a free summer mobile development program at Sirius University, the company said. It will last two and a half weeks, participants will create mobile applications on iOS or Android.

VK has opened a set for a free mobile development program

The summer bootcamp format includes excursions, training and outdoor activities. Applications for participation can be submitted by undergraduate, postgraduate or specialist students of any Russian university.

The program contains three blocks. Students will learn about the product approach, the basics of UX/UI design, and mobile development on iOS or Android. At the end of the program, the participants will create their own mobile application.

The training will take place from August 8 to 25. You can apply to the program Link until July 11. Participants will have to pass a selection, which consists of taking tests in logic and Swift or Kotlin (depending on the direction chosen) and recording a video curriculum.
