Avito has consolidated the aggregator of advertisements for the sale of used cars Haraba. The company’s share in Kharaba LLC increased from 67% to 100%, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Avito confirmed to Shopper’s that it had increased its stake to 100% by exercising a 33% option. Avito acquired a majority stake in Haraba in 2022. According to the founder of the analytics agency Dsight, Arseny Dabbakh, the transaction value could amount to 280 million rubles.

As of 2022, 12.38% of each of Kharaba LLC belonged to the founders of the aggregator, Gadzhi Kurbanov and Andrey Reduto. Another 8.25% belonged to co-founder Kamil Gadzhiev. The company itself was established in 2019.

In 2020, Haraba received investments from Mikhail Tyurin and Dmitry Kovalev.

The exact number of users of the service is not specified. In 2023, the company’s net profit amounted to 165.8 million rubles, and revenue – 433.5 million rubles.

The service aggregates ads and sales of used cars from various thematic sites. The company works with resellers and also on a subscription basis (from 2 to 6 thousand rubles).
