“At the moment, it is planned to complete all necessary settlements on exchange and over-the-counter applications for the exchange of shares within the framework of the offer of the Closed Consortium of Mutual Funds. First of all, the main owner of Yandex MCPJSC,” the message said, as quoted by Vedomosti.
Technical bidding will begin on July 8. Trading will take place on the basis of a memorandum of the closed-end mutual investment fund (CLIF) “Consortium.First”. Yandex shares will appear on investors’ brokerage accounts on July 9.
Before the start of trading, the price of shares in over-the-counter transactions may not correspond to the actual market value. The market price will be determined after the start of main trading on the stock market.
We remind you that the closed-end mutual fund Consortium First reached an agreement with Yandex NV to acquire the company’s Russian business about five months ago, in February. Its value is 475 billion rubles.
We previously wrote that on July 5, the Moscow Exchange launched trading in VseInstrumenty.ru shares.
