The document was published on the Fedresurs portal. RBC’s publication drew attention to it. The notice, signed by the general director of the Shopping Gallery, Oleg Chemodanov, states that the intention is to file a petition with the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare the company bankrupt.

The debtor must appear before the court within a month. It should be noted that the decision is related to circumstances that complicate the company’s economic activities – the provision of rental services and property management.

The company has limited rights to ownership and use of property according to the ruling of the Meshchansky District Court of June 3. As RBC clarifies, the premises themselves as part of the “Fashion Season” were arrested on April 3 as part of the case against the former owner of Yugra Bank Alexei Khotin.

It is Khotin who is considered the beneficiary of the gallery. In 2015, the businessman and his father Yuri bought the complex from Suleiman Kerimov’s buildings.

The total area of the Fashion Season shopping complex is about 41 thousand square meters. The tenants of the premises are Stockmann, Liu Jo, Imperial Porcelain Factory and other brands.
