The income of freelance HR specialists grew the most. Recruiters earn an average of 46.3 thousand rubles a month, which is 53% more than the previous year.
According to Solar Staff CEO Vladimir Koritsky, the growing demand for IT recruiters is associated with the acceleration of digital transformation and the growing demand for qualified personnel in the IT sector.
In addition, the platform’s analysts note an increase in the average monthly income of 34% for text editors (up to 67 thousand rubles), 21% for copywriters (up to 41.2 thousand) and 16% for marketing managers (up to 95 thousand).
One of the highest-paid professions on the freelance market is that of a systems analyst. The average monthly income of a specialist is 181 thousand rubles, but the year-on-year growth is only 8%.
