A company representative told Shopper’s that the stock was transferred in June 2023.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 98.58% of the company is owned by Region JSC, which is controlled by AFK Sistema.
The shares were transferred to Felix Lieb as part of an incentive program. The changes, which only became effective on July 5, 2024, are related to a “legal reorganization within the group of companies.”
“During Felix Lieb’s work, a large-scale reorganization of all management and production processes was carried out, which allowed achieving significant success both in Russia and on the international market,” the company told the publication.
From 2012 to 2021, Lieb worked as CEO and also as Executive Vice President at AFK Sistema. In 2022, the CEO moved to Natura Siberica as General Manager.
In July, the company appointed a new CEO, the former president of Henkel’s Russian branch, Sergei Bykovskikh. Felix Lieb took over as chairman of the board of directors.
