Apple confirmed the launch of the Epic Games Store on iOS last Friday (5), but only temporarily. Now the iPhone manufacturer has decided to let the app store owner visually inspect interface details.
Epic Games used its official X (former Twitter) profile to speak out against Apple on Friday 5. According to the company, the store Epic Games Store Rejected by Apple for Having Buttons and Labels Too Similar to App Store.
The company claims that it uses the same rules that are used across app stores on multiple platforms, including visual standards for iOS apps. “We’re just trying to make a store that mobile users can easily understand,” Epic Games tweeted.
Apple’s DMA saga has taken an absurd turn.
Apple is now telling reporters that this approval is temporary and is demanding that we change the buttons in the next version, which will make our store less standardized and more difficult to use.
We will fight this. https://t.co/obwRoU7dWo

Up to the present, Apple has not commented publicly on the matter.A spokesperson for the developer said it confirmed to Epic Games that the only issues that needed fixing were buttons and labels.
Now, It is unknown whether Epic Games will comply with the request. What happens if you do not respect the will of Apple or the iOS owner? But the truth is that this is a new chapter in the struggle that has been going on for years between the two companies.
