The Moscow Stock Exchange has concluded agreements to exchange shares of the Dutch company Yandex NV for shares of MKPAO Yandex, the new parent company of Yandex, the press service of the exchange reported.
Investors exchanged 42.4 million shares worth 180.3 billion rubles. The shares were purchased on the Russian stock market and were not held in C-accounts.
Acceptance of applications for the exchange of shares ended on June 21 with an additional day on June 27. The exchange ratio was one to one, with 680.7 thousand counterparty transactions taking place.
Consortium of closed-end mutual funds. First, it bought Yandex’s Russian business from Yandex NV for 475 billion rubles, the deal was closed in February 2024.
