If you want something sweet, you better eat these foods.

Strawberries in dark chocolate. This is a great snack because strawberries contain fiber (which fills you up) and chocolate contains flavonoids (which improve heart health). Other healthy fruit options include oranges, bananas and kiwis.

dried fruits. They have all the beneficial vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients found in fresh fruits. But keep in mind that they are still high in calories: Five to six dried apricots contain about 110 kilocalories, while three fresh apricots contain about 60 kilocalories.

Chewing sugarless gum. Research shows that it helps reduce stress, improve mood and increase concentration.

Dark chocolate. It contains more cocoa and beneficial antioxidants that reduce blood pressure, overall risk of heart disease, and also improve cholesterol levels. However, choose chocolates with at least 70% cocoa content.

Quick breads and muffins. Various fruits and vegetables are added to this bread. You can also bake it yourself and use a mixture of stevia and sugar to further reduce the amount of added sugar.

fresh fruits. The natural sugar in them will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Flavored yoghurt without added sugar. The healthiest option is unsweetened Greek yogurt or yogurt sweetened with low-calorie sugar substitutes.

Mix of chocolate, dried fruit and nuts. But it contains a lot of calories and fat: about 150 kcal per 1/4 cup.

Fruity cottage cheese. Typically such a serving contains less than 150 kcal and is quite sweet.

Protein-rich energy bar. Choose bars with less than 8 grams of sugar (2 teaspoons) and no more than 200 calories.
