The Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Alexey Russkikh held talks with the management of JSC Technodinamika and JSC Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) at an exhibition in Yekaterinburg, where a cooperation agreement was signed. The center is planned to be operational by the end of 2026, creating 150 new jobs.

It is expected that the new complex in the Ulyanovsk Port SEZ will include a production building with an area of ​​more than 11 thousand square meters. It will be here that aircraft such as Il-76, Tu-204, as well as maintenance and modernization of aircraft manufactured by UZGA will be carried out.
