Users complained about malfunctions at Rostelecom.
According to the Downdetector service, residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg experienced problems loading web pages. To a lesser extent, users from the Sverdlovsk region and the Krasnodar region.
According to the service, the problems began around 10 am Moscow time. Some users report that due to the lack of Internet at home, interactive TV does not work.
UPDATE 12:25: As reported by RB.RU, the Rostelecom press service said that the data transmission network in Moscow is working normally.
