According to the RKN, in last year, the information on the number of advertising budgets to promote goods or services in 11 bloggers-extranjeros has been celebrated in Linding.
Almost all the indicated amount was recorded in the registry in the period until March 22, when the prohibition began to request advertising on the information resources of foreign agents. After March 22, until the end of 2024, the data on the placement of the advertising of only three bloggers for 27 thousand rubles were received in Syser.
Gain. The Bloggers and Agencies Association (ABA) “Vedomosti” confirmed that the most popular foreign agents bloggers in the second half of last year “smart”. For example, in July to December, the income of rapper Morgenstern disappeared almost completely (recognized in Russia by an agent), while in the second half of 2023 their advertising revenues amounted to 85 million rubles.
Who pays? In 2024, advertisers of IT spheres, education, real estate and marketing bought advertising on the Internet resources of foreign agents, said Roskomnadzor. ABA said foreign agents are mainly formed by companies with legal entities registered outside Russia.

Vladimir Putin signed a law on the prohibition of advertising from foreign agents in March. For violations, fines are provided for part 1 of article 14.3 of the Administrative Code (violation of advertising legislation). For people, fines amount to 2.5 thousand rubles, for officials, up to 20 thousand rubles and for business, up to 500 thousand rubles.
