For the first time since 2018, Vladimir Putin’s personal biography page on the Kremlin’s official website (kremlin.ru) has been updated. The biography includes chapters on the World Cup in Russia and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Information about amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Northern Military District and other developments over the past six years has been added to Putin’s page.

Putin’s page on the Kremlin website is designated as “personal site.”

The last time information about Putin changed was in 2018, when he was re-elected for a new term. His biography includes information about his childhood and youth, photographs from his personal archive.

As Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told TASS, Putin’s website will be updated regularly.
