Wildberries LLC transferred four more subsidiaries to a joint venture with Russ, RVB LLC, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, which RB.RU drew attention to. Since July 12, LLC VB Kuban, LLC VB Yugra, LLC VB Vladivostok and LLC VB Chita have been incorporated.
As of July 11, the structure of RVB included the following legal entities: LLC Wildberry SK, LLC VB Dubna, LLC VB Go, LLC VB Blagoveshchensk, LLC Vasilisa, LLC VB Volga, LLC VB Aleksin”, LLC “VB Yelabuga”, LLC “VB Fashion”, LLC “VB Industry”, LLC “Domashnyaya Polyana”, LLC “VB Engineering”, LLC “VB Nevinnomyssk”, LLC “VB Kotovsk”, as well as LLC “VB Trend”.
Thus, 19 companies have already been transferred to the RVB JV. The Russ Group has not yet transferred any companies.
In all companies except VB Engineering, which deals with real estate, and Vasilisa, which sews clothes, Wildberries remained the managing organisation.
AUREK Chairman of the Board Alexander Efimov called the transition of Wildberry LLC subsidiaries to a joint venture with Russ Group, RVB LLC, an alarming sign.
“The transition from a “daughter” to a new “mother” is an alarming and important sign; it suggests that the merger of companies has much broader goals than just creating a new joint product,” Efimov said.
According to him, the BM business is undergoing a global corporate transformation, because its subsidiaries are involved in all market processes: logistics, warehousing, development and IT development. Some companies, as Efimov noted, are also involved in sales as sellers on the market itself.
RVB was established on July 4 as part of a merger of companies; the authorized capital of the structure is 20 million rubles.
Wildberries and Russ Group first discussed the merger on June 18; the joint venture will be headed by Tatyana Bakalchuk.
