Bowers & Wilkins has announced a new generation of Px7 S2 full-size headphones.
The novelty has 40mm angled drivers, as well as 6 microphones: two measurements of the output of each speaker, two react to ambient noise and two cause “exceptional clarity” of the voice. They also worsen the improved noise reduction system.
The proprietary DSP supports aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs and delivers rich 24-bit audio quality. In addition, the accessory is connected via a 3.5 mm audio jack, there is a USB-C port.
Headphones work up to 30 hours on a single charge, and 15 minutes at the outlet give 7 hours of listening. It takes 2 hours to fully charge.
Px7 S2 will be available in three colors: black, gray and blue. The novelty costs $399, the start date of sales will be announced later.
