According to media reports, recent court documents have revealed that PlayStation and Tencent are discussing collaboration on The Last of Us. According to PlayStation Studios’ Olivier Courtemanche, the meeting was initially dedicated to this project.
However, Tencent’s presentation unexpectedly included images similar to Horizon, which confused Sony.
As a result, none of the suggestions were implemented. Tencent began advertising Light of Motiram anyway, which caused Sony to sue because the Chinese did not have permission to use the footage.
