T1 integration expert Stepanov named the most common viruses on smartphones
According to him, these parasites penetrate the device by following dubious links or downloading applications from suspicious sources.
The most popular viruses today are adware malware. These are programs that collect marketing information, show you ads, and send you to malicious sites.
Spyware malware is also very dangerous; without the user’s consent, they constantly monitor their actions and geolocation. There are also Trojan viruses that steal personal data and send paid messages from your number.
To find such an app on your phone, the expert advises sorting them by frequency of use, looking at the activity in traffic consumption and battery consumption. If it is high, it is most likely dangerous software. Also be sure to look at which apps have access to your contacts and geolocation. If you did not grant such permissions, we are probably talking about spying.
Don’t forget to follow the rules of digital hygiene: don’t click on dubious links, don’t download data/apps from unverified sources, not to mention your personal data – you can’t tell anyone.
