Russian Standard Bank has started offering foreigners the “Mir” card
The procedure for issuing a debit card is as follows: after receiving a reservation from a foreign guest, a hotel employee invites him to issue a “Mir” card.
The card itself can be obtained at the hotel reception upon arrival or at check-in. The guest will need to complete an agreement and activate the card. The guest can top up the card before the start of the trip or after receiving the card at the hotel.
Foreigners will be able to pay with this card in restaurants and cafes, shops, shopping malls, beauty salons, museums, theaters and cinemas, in online stores, taxi ordering services and other online platforms.
