Wildberries has launched delivery to 900 24-hour parcel terminals in Moscow, where customers can pick up their orders themselves. The devices were placed in residential buildings and in local areas, the market’s press service reported.

You can select a parcel terminal and arrange delivery both via the website and in the app. Residents of houses where Postama Moscow network devices are installed will be able to pick up their orders at the parcel terminal.
Delivery of an order from the collection point to the parcel locker will take an average of 16 hours. As with regular orders, the user will receive a push notification with an access code on their mobile phone.
You can order any category of product in the parcel locker, but in such a way that the dimensions do not exceed 35x50x45 cm and the weight does not exceed 15 kg.
You can make a return at the pick-up point from which the goods were sent to the post office. This information will be displayed in your personal account. Return by courier is also available.
You can apply for the installation of a parcel terminal in Moscow on the official portal of the Moscow government, the press service clarifies.
Previously, Wildberries made quick order cancellation available to all customers. Previously, only customers with postpaid products could use this option.
