The simulator is based on a digital model of a real boiler room, which accurately recreates its physical prototype. According to scientists, it allows you to master the skills of working with modern equipment, study the algorithms of object behavior in various situations, including emergency ones, and practice real-time control, the press service said.

According to Vitaly Lisovsky, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Engineering and Design at Vyatka State University, the simulator significantly increases the efficiency of personnel training, reducing risks and labor costs. He also emphasized that virtual objects accurately recreate not only the appearance, but also functional characteristics, which is especially important for training in the harsh conditions of working with high-tech equipment.
