Russian HRtech market grew by 43% in Q1 2024
The Russian HR services market in the first quarter of 2024 grew by 43% compared to the first quarter of 2023, according to the results of the Smart Ranking study.
The 80 largest companies in the segment together generated revenues of 19.4 billion rubles. 41% of this was accounted for by hh.ru – 8 billion rubles according to RAS. The top three included Solar Staff with 1.85 billion rubles and Avito Rabota with 1.32 billion rubles.
“Solutions for evaluating and monitoring employees are becoming increasingly popular: they help to retain staff in conditions of staff shortages (+34%),” the results of the study say.
Compared to the first quarter of 2023, 32% of companies earned more than in the fourth quarter of 2023, 22% lost revenue;
The 2023 trends continue in the HRtech market: companies continue to implement AI, create tools with or without code, and pay attention to information security, Smart Ranking noted.
