Are you a big fan of old cell phones or even have a bathroom decor that pays homage to these devices? So here’s an unusual post from the artist Bailey Hikawa It could be perfect for your home.
The South Korean company, known for launching covers for smartphones, has launched a toilet seat covered in vintage mobile phones.
The accessory features a variety of easily identifiable 2G and 3G devices, such as the original Motorola Razr and different generations of BlackBerry models.
There’s not much information about what materials were used to make or fill the product, or how the project was designed. There’s only a short video on Hikawa’s TikTok showing the item already attached to the toilet.

The person who discovered the product was developer Christina Warren, who shared the “indicator” on her profile on X, the old Twitter.
Another end to old technologies
According to the artist’s website, the piece is made entirely by hand in Hikawa’s studio in Los Angeles.
“It is made of”the most durable materials possible” included for this category soft closing chrome hingesrubber shock absorbers and Oxidation and ultraviolet light resistant cover.
Reusing e-waste is a trend for the sculptors. At the beginning of the year, they also presented a toilet seat model decorated with old wristwatches.
Only two units of the product were produced by Bailey Hikawa, which sold the model for $1,250 (approximately R$6,800 in direct currency conversion, excluding any taxes).
