Red Wings Airlines CEO Evgeniy Solodilin will resign from his post, sources told RBC.

The Red Wings’ management structure will also change, with a corporate director to be appointed, the publication notes.

According to a source from RBC, Rostec, which owns Red Wings, was not satisfied with the company’s operating results and the volume of flight hours. The average air cargo fell to 87% in 2024, which is low for the peak summer season.

Solodilin has been the Red Wings’ manager since 2022. A planned rebranding of the Red Wings was reported in April 2024, but the process has not begun.
