Among the long list of changes and fixes in the Hunt: Showdown 1.9 patch, the biggest ones are weapon rebalancing, audio improvements, fixes for desync issues, map changes, and player spawn points.
Crytek has made a number of improvements to its shooter game Hunt: Showdown, including a fix for a long-standing glitch: the terrible desync that most players experienced while climbing a ladder or trying to get into the same door as a teammate.
The upcoming 1.9 update is currently being tested on the public test server, but a specific release date for the changes has not yet been set.
While there are new weapon skins, legendary hunters, map tweaks, and other things, most of the changes are technical in nature.
Spread the sound of gunshots

Are these shots of someone feverishly killing the boss inside the building, or is this a spontaneous encounter between the two teams? This small but important change further emphasizes listening, one of many players’ favorite aspects of Hunt.
Ammo (and corresponding weapon balance) changed
This is a great set of changes, which can be found in more detail in the Steam news. Overall, it remains to be hoped that the update will make a few more weapons more playable at higher ranks, where the meta is more stagnant. In particular, the dominant Caldwell Conversion Uppercut (an expensive pistol that fires rifle bullets) has been slightly nerfed at midrange, so it’s not as good in all situations.

Anyone who plays Hunt has occasionally encountered the annoying teleportation that occurs when climbing muddy hills or falling off a ledge. Good to see this is being resolved.
Two new legendary hunters
He meets “The Bartender”, who apparently still needs a name, and Hawkshaw Jack, another fighter dressed in black. A broken bottle (it’s not clear if it’s a standard knife or a heavy one) will certainly make a great addition to a bartender.

Stairs, windows, and decks have been added or removed in some areas of the map. The most significant change is Kingsnake Mine, which has a new tunnel entrance under the complex: a path that leads to the main side building.

Change the length of matches.
Matches are now capped at 45 minutes. Interestingly, Crytek shared information that only 1% of all matches exceeded the 45-minute mark. It’s possible that match lengths should have been shortened further to avoid the deadlock, though we know Crytek has other undisclosed plans to address the camp issue.
