Users of the Samokat delivery service had problems accessing and placing orders: the first messages appeared in the chat of the application’s subscribers.

The Samokat delivery service app is experiencing issues.
According to them, the application does not load on devices of different types and manufacturers, with different operating systems. Service representatives recommend contacting support, but access to it through the application does not work either. RB journalists report this.
At 20:00, downdetector.rf recorded only four complaints, downdetector.su – 7, but there are many more in the service’s Telegram chatbot. At 21:30, sboy.rf already has 154 complaints. Mostly from Moscow.

Similar problems were observed in the app earlier in the week of July 25. Then sboy.rf registered 79 complaints. The technical difficulties arose against the backdrop of a widespread failure of apps around the world, including banking ones.
In one of the company’s comments on VK, a message appeared: “Currently, it is not possible to log in to the application due to a technical failure. Please excuse the inconvenience. Experts are already working on a solution. We cannot tell you when we will fix the problem, but we will try as soon as possible. After that, you will be able to place your order immediately.”
