The company Ruskhimalliance, which is responsible for the construction of a gas processing plant in Ust-Luga, has filed a lawsuit against the American-British company Refinitiv. The Russian company is demanding the recovery of 650.1 thousand rubles from the British division of Refinitiv Limited.

The complaint against the data and infrastructure solutions provider was filed on July 26, according to the arbitration case file.
According to SPARK, Rukhimalliance’s claim falls under the category “Services – non-performance or improper performance of obligations”. At the moment, the case is being considered at the first instance – the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
This is not the first time Ruskhimalliance has filed a lawsuit against foreign partners who have stopped supplying it due to sanctions: since the beginning of the year, the Russian company has filed a lawsuit against subsidiaries of industrial gases and gas equipment supplier Linde Group.
