You no longer need to open the Task Manager to do this, but this option is disabled by default.

To enable it, go to Windows settings, go to the “System” section, select “For Developers” and enable the “End Tasks” option.

Previously, users had to use the CTRL + ALT + DEL combination to open the Task Manager, then find the frozen program and terminate it manually.

Now this process has been greatly simplified and you just need to right-click on the program icon on the “Taskbar” and select “End task”.

This feature is especially useful for those who experience frequent app freezing.
