HeadHunter may resume paying dividends by the end of 2024, according to Dmitry Sergienkov, CEO of MCPAO Headhunter.

He noted that the resumption of dividend payments can begin once the company re-registration process is completed. The company is currently completing the process of changing jurisdiction from Cypriot to Russian.

In connection with the re-domiciliation, the Moscow Exchange suspended trading in HeadHunter securities on August 14.

In July it became known that HeadHunter would move to a new office near the Belorusskaya metro station in Moscow. The rental price in the AFI2B business center is estimated at 38,000-41,000 rubles per sq. m. per year.
