The application was received by the court on August 12 and has not yet been accepted for trial, RB.RU has learned. The essence of the requirements is not known. The publication sent inquiries to the plaintiff, the defendant and the court.
The website of Ready Robot, a manufacturer of egg packaging robots, states that Chepfa purchased a ReadyPack end-of-cycle packaging automation complex from a resident.
In December, against the backdrop of a sharp rise in the cost of eggs in Russia, the solutions created by Ready Robot were supposed to help reduce the cost of eggs at a Chelyabinsk poultry farm. Robots were planned to replace people. For example, at one stage of egg packaging, one robot was to be used instead of six people, and at another, one machine was supposed to replace 12 people working in two shifts.
In 2023, the Chelyabinsk-based egg robot manufacturer has attracted investments of 129 million rubles, and the company’s order portfolio is estimated at 2.5 billion rubles, Skolkovo, where the startup is based, reported.
Ready Robot was founded in 2016 and is based in Skolkovo and IT-Park74. According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of November 30, 2023, approximately 51% of Ready Robot LLC is owned by CEO Denis Potepalin, 41% by Alexander Grubov, almost 3% by Alexander Konev, 2% by Maxim Pechenik, Igor Izmodenov and Klavdiya Izmodenova own 1.5% each.
