According to the company’s announcement, Vladimir Potanin’s Interros has become the largest shareholder in TKS Holding. The company increased its stake to 41.4% by participating in the additional issue of TKS Holding securities through the contribution of Rosbank shares. Previously, Interros’ stake was 35.1%.

Potanin’s company received a stake in the structure in 2022, buying 35.1% from the family of Tinkoff founder Oleg Tinkov. Now Interros has increased its stake by participating in the additional issue of shares of TKS Holding. The additional package was paid for with Rosbank securities.
Thus, TKS Holding owns 99.4% of Rosbank.
According to Rosbank CEO Evgeny Batekhin, the integration of Rosbank gives a “new impetus” to the development of TKS Holding.
“I am confident that further development of TKS Group as a diversified fintech holding will help strengthen the entire Russian banking market and open up new opportunities and prospects for T-Bank and Rosbank clients,” the press service quotes Batekhin as saying.
- In April 2022, Interros became the owner of 35% of the TCS Group, which belonged to the founder of the organization, Oleg Tinkov.
- In January 2024, TCS Group shareholders approved the re-registration of the Cyprus company in Russia.
- In June, Tinkoff refreshed its brand and changed its name to T-Bank.
According to the results of the first six months of the year, TKS Holding made a net profit of 45.7 billion rubles, a quarter more than the previous year.
