SOGAZ announces the “Sustainable Health” award for the best company projects in the field of employee well-being care

The award winners will be selected in three categories (small and medium-sized enterprises, large and very large enterprises) in four main categories:

• “Safety and Health at Work” is a nomination of initiatives focused on the prevention of occupational diseases and work accidents;

• “Health without Borders” is a nomination of initiatives focused on the prevention of chronic non-communicable and seasonal diseases;

• “Health – Lifestyle” is a nomination for initiatives aimed at modifying the lifestyle of employees and preventing risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases;

• “Happiness for Health” is a nomination for initiatives focused on implementing employee support programs and developing a culture of health and well-being within the team.

In addition, the project may be nominated for public nominations, the winners of which will be determined by open voting.

Winners will receive memorable prizes and the opportunity to apply for voluntary health insurance for their employees at SOGAZ using a special “green tariff” or add preventive medicine options to the insurance program.

The award winners will be announced at the SOGAZ Sustainable Health event for leaders of the responsible business community, which will be held in Moscow on September 18, 2024.
