“Tesla is recalling certain 2016 Model X vehicles. The decorative elements on the front and center roof panels can be glued down without the need for primer,” the document reads.
The regulator says 9,136 vehicles will be recalled and warns that trim could come loose while driving, potentially causing dangerous road conditions and increasing the risk of accidents.
A similar issue was reported in November 2020, but at that time the problem affected the front and rear roof components. Many cars were recalled at that time.
RB.RU reported earlier that in July Tesla introduced a new version of the Model 3 with an increased power reserve. One charge can last for 584 kilometers.
